PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 17.02.2022 passed by the 2nd respondent in No. 66/S/11/14/1/Inspn/SRo/TL1 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to include all factory workers of Arasu Rubber Corporation, Keeriparai, Kanniyakumari District in Employees State Insurance Corporation forthwith in accordance with law.

coverage, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 2.Today(11.09.2025), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also circulated a letter, dated 09.09.2025 to that effect. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
