When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the order has since been

complied with, and the proceedings dated 03.03.2026 were also produced before this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, though the petitioner has been recognized as a Hereditary Mutawalli, such recognition has been restricted to a period of one year. In this regard, it is open to the petitioner to make an appropriate representation and work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
