Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VENKATESH.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.7473 of 2023 in Crl.RC(MD)No.524 of 2023, dated 18.05.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the State. 4.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
