Petitione filed under section 482 of Code of CRL Procedure to direct the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No. 105 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police. For Petitioner : Mr.G.Anto Prince For Respondent : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.8422 of 2020 dated 14.08.2020, thereby, directing the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.105 of 2016 within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that, as directed by this Court, the respondent completed the investigation and filed a final report on 29.03.2022 and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.64 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
