ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnors for their wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.17534 of 2024 dated 17.10.2024.

2. In pursuance of the statutory notice, the contemnors are present before this Court. Both the contemnors filed affidavits tendering their unconditional apology for the delay caused in filing the charge sheet within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. Recording the affidavit filed by the contemnors, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
