ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the 1/3

respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) and 351(3) of BNS Act in Crime.No.164 of 2024, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of case and considering the fact that the petitioner has got 15 previous cases to his credit, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
