This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take necessary action against the respondents 5 to 7 in accordance with law for ex-communicating the petitioner and his family members and further direct the respondents 1 to 4 to ensure that ex-communication or any other form of social boycott is not imposed upon the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 15.04.2024, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner himself has given a statement that there is no issue as of now and that the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time for getting instructions.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter is settled and as of now there is no issue.
4. Recording the submission made by both sides, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
