ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 420 of IPC of I.P.C., in Crime No.790 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the defacto complainant are friends. The petitioner borrowed a sum of Rs.12,71,000/- from the defacto complainant for purchasing an old car for the defacto complainant from the third party. Thereafter, he neither purchased a car nor repaid the amount. 3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.considering the nature of allegations, by an order dated 02.09.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14499 of 2024, this Court has already dismissed the anticipatory bail petition and there is no any change of circumstances. 2/3
