ORDER
Mr.S.Selvakumar, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner and Mr.M.Pandiarajan, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the sole respondent(official respondent) are before this Court.
2. With consent of learned counsel for writ petitioner and State Counsel, main writ petition is taken up, heard out and is being disposed of.
3. Prayer in instant writ petition is issue mandamus to sole respondent to dispose of an appeal dated 04.06.2019 preferred by the writ petitioner before the sole respondent.
4.Pursuant to the aforementioned appeal of the writ petitioner, sole respondent has issued a communication to the jurisdictional Tahsildar seeking a report being communication dated 17.10.2016 bearing reference No.M6-7084-2016.
5.Learned State counsel submits that the sole respondent will proceed with the appeal on its own merits, in accordance with law and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This is recorded.

W.P(MD)No.22529 of 2019 6.Though obvious, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion or view on the merits of the matter. 7.The order of disposal of appeal shall be communicated by the sole respondent to the writ petitioner under due acknowledgement within seven(7) working days from the date of completion of aforesaid exercise.
8.Therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in the instant writ petition. Accordingly, instant Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
