ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) The prayer in the writ petition for cancellation of the community certificate of one Dr.K.Krishnasamy, who is here shown as 3/6
C.K.Krishnasamy, was already considered by this Court in a writ petition in WP(MD) No.14915/2014 and vide order dated 12.09.2014, the writ petition was dismissed. Like wise, two other writ petitions were also filed for the same relief in WP No.28122 of 2015, which was dismissed on 01.10.2015 and WP No.18403 of 2017 that came to be dismissed on 24.04.2019. Now, the petitioner herein would submit that he has some concrete evidence to substantiate his claim made in the writ petition.
2. We are afraid, such reconsideration is impermissible in law, when this Court had already considered the prayer sought for and the petitioners therein had failed to substantiate their case before the coordinate benches. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
