Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent in pursuant to the impugned demand notice issued by him vide his proceedings in Ref.No. 856:5610:MKN dated 15.06.2016 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary in view of the 1st Respondent's Agriculture Debt Waiver and
Debt Relief Scheme 2008 dated 23.05.2008 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to extend the benefit of the above said scheme to Petitioner.

ORDER
Pending this writ petition, it is submitted that, the petitioner had offered an One Time Settlement and the said One Time Settlement had also been accepted by the second respondent and the loan account had been closed.
2. The said statement made by the petitioner is also acknowledged by the learned counsel for the second respondent.
3. In view of the said development, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition and the Writ Petition is
