and situated in Pillayarkulam Village, S.Vagaikulam Revenue Group, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District in the light of judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.9/2004 on the file of the Sub Court, Paramakudi by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2022. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has approached the third respondent by giving representation seeking issuance of joint patta for mutation of records based on the decree granted by the learned Sub Court, Paramakudi in A.S.No.9 of 2004 and the said representation has not been considered so far, hence, he has filed the present writ petition.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that based on the application of 2/4

the petitioner an enquiry was conducted and it has been concluded and orders will be passed within a reasonable time.

4. Considering the rival submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to conclude the enquiry by passing orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
