This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to re-allot a seat in M.S (Orthopaedics) to the petitioner in fourth respondent, Tirunelveli Medical College, in the Medical Post-Graduate Degree course. 2.Heard Mr.S.Arjun, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition.
