ORDER
Mr.A.Chandrakumar, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner and Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of both respondents are before this Court. 2.With consent of both sides i.e., learned counsel for writ petitioner and learned State counsel, main writ petition is taken up, heard out and is being disposed of.
3.Entire matter turns on a very narrow compass. 4.Writ petitioner has moved the second respondent regarding compensation for lands which are said to have been acquired. Pursuant to writ petitioner's petition, second respondent has issued an enquiry notice dated 06.06.2017 bearing reference Na.Ka.No.12/2010 fixing enquiry on 19.06.2019 at 11.00 am. It is the case of the writ petitioner that thereafter there were no further proceedings and the matter is pending with the second respondent.

W.P(MD)No.22680 of 2019 5.Learned State counsel who was accepted notice on behalf of the respondents submits that second respondent will complete the enquiry pursuant to aforementioned 06.06.2017 enquiry notice as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This is recorded. Therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in the instant writ petition.
6.The order of disposal post enquiry shall be communicated to the writ petitioner and all concerned under due acknowledgement within seven (7) working days from order of disposal. 7.Instant Writ Petition is disposed of with above observations. No costs.
