ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the impugned order of the respondents dated 19.04.2023 and consequently to direct the respondents to provide suitable job on compassionate basis commensurate to the petitioners education qualification.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that even though the petitioner's application was considered and found to be fit, the petitioner is kept in the seniority list against 41(A). The learned Government Advocate further submitted that when the petitioner's seniority reaches, the appointment order will be released.

4. Since the petitioner's application was dated 23.07.2015 and seniority is said to have still not reached, the respondents are directed to recheck the seniority list and release the appointment order as early as possible.

5. With the above observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
