B Government Advocate (Crl.side) O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner by intervening in the civil dispute. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there are disputes between the petitioner and the respondent No.3 in respect of immovable property and no case is pending in any Court of law. In respect of the said civil dispute, the respondent No.3 stated to have filed a complaint before the police, basing on which the police are harassing the petitioner, thereby sought for suitable directions.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the complaint given by the respondent No.3 is registered as CSR.No.370 of 2023 and after conducting an enquiry, the police have closed CSR.No.370 of 2023 on 03.09.2023.

4.Since the complaint given by the respondent No.3 against the petitioner in CSR.No.370 of 2023 has already been closed, no further directions can be given in this case.
