ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that the quarry operation of the 4th respondent is causing nuisance to his agricultural crops has filed this writ petition in the year 2016 for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to pay compensation for the loss incurred by this petitioner due to the quarry operation of the 4th respondent.

2.It is reported by the learned Counsel on either side that the issue has been amicably solved by the 4th respondent and the petitioner and the 4th respondent has stopped the quarry operation.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. 09.10.2023 2/4
