Heard Mr.B.Prasanna Vinoth, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.R.Annie Abinaya learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned notice issued by the second respondent in Proceedings No. 2517/2/Tactv/2017 dated 02.05.2017.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents would not press the issue, as the impugned order is merely a show-cause notice issued on 02.05.2017.

4. Recording the same, no further adjudication is required to be made in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
