Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.(MD)No. 17040 of 2024, this Contempt Petition has been filed. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner has been duly considered and accordingly, the order of this Court made in the writ petition has been complied by the respondents. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the order copy of the said order has not been served upon him, and it deprived him the opportunity to challenge the same, if so advised, before the appropriate Forum. 4.Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner's representation has been considered and that has been culminated into the passing of an order, this contempt petition stands closed. 29.08.2025 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No Internet:yes/No PNM 2/4
