ORDER

The writ petition had been filed challenging the impugned notice issued in Ka.No.Oomipou/Na/Thai/Era/Kou.Manu/A.No.275/16 dated 20.07.2016 by the first respondent.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on either side that a civil suit in O.S.No.573 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Madurai, is still pending with regard to the property, for which the notice has been issued by the first respondent to the petitioner. Considering the fact that the suit is still pending, the first respondent shall not proceed further till the disposal of the suit (stated supra).

3. With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
