ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.32/2023 dated 23.08.2023 on the file of the second respondent police to some other impartial investigating agency.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that after investigation, the charge sheet was filed and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.84 of 2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court -IV, Thoothukudi.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
