This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent herein not to interfere in a civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry except through due process of law by considering the representation dated 14.12.2018 of the petitioner.

CRL.O.P (MD) No.22363 of 2018 3.Recording the said submission, this petition is closed. However, it is made clear that since the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
