ORDER

This Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 and 2 herein to seize the original documents carrying Document Nos.1122 of 1979, 1123 of 1979, 1124 of 1979, 880 of 1983 and 71 of 1988 registered with SRO, Singampunari, Sivagangai District from the third respondent and hand over the same to the petitioner on the basis of the complaint dated 22.08.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police on instructions submitted that the enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 24.08.2023 in C.S.R.No.472 of 2020 by the respondent Police.

3. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
