No.398/2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thisayanvilai Police Station, Tirunelveli. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJA MOHAMED.B.N., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVT. ADVOCATE (CRL. SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13604 of 2021 on 16.09.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram on 10.12.2021 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
