Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in his nil proceedings dated 12/06/2019 and quash the same and further direct the 3rd respondent herein to promote the petitioner to the post of Headmistress of Ganesamoorthy Middle School at Kurichi, palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District , as per Rule 15(4) of Tamilnadu Recognized Private Schools (Regulation)Act, 1973.

ORDER
Alleging non-compliance of the order, dated 25.06.2019, passed in W.P.(MD)No.14203 of 2019, this contempt petition is filed. 2.This Court, by the order dated 25.06.2019 directed the petitioner to approach the District Educational Officer to make her objections for claiming her rights as well as for appointment of the fifth respondent as Headmaster of the School. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner before this Court undertook that the objections will be raised before the District Educational Officer, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of the copy of the order and this Court directed the District Educational Officer, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Cont P(MD)No.1648 of 2019 on receiving the said objections, to consider the objections on merits and in accordance with law.
3. From the averments made in the affidavit filed in the present contempt petition, the petitioner has not even stated whether she made objections as per the undertaking given before this Court.
