The learned counsel appearing for the respondents made a submission that the impugned order of suspension has been revoked and the respondents have proceeded with the departmental disciplinary proceedings in accordance with the rules in force. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. 2.In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
