(Order of the Court was made by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA, J.) The petitioner is challenging the sale notice dated 25.11.2021 issued under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 read with Rule 8(6) of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the prayer in this writ petition has become infructuous, as there were no bidders on the date of sale.
