This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnor / 1st respondent for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.14449 of 2023 dated 19.06.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 19.06.2025, the directions contained therein have been complied with.
