ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No10339 of 2025 dated 07.07.2025. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this petitioner is a Juvenile, on behalf of this petitioner his Natural Guardian/Father has been regularly appear and sign before the concerned Trial Court regularly. Hence, the learned Counsel for the petitioner prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10339 of 2025. dated 07.07.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned trial court on hearing dates. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
