PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the second respondent, Director of the School Education Vide in Na.Ka.No.56057 / W1 / E1 / 2018 dated 26/11/2018, quash the same in so far as it places the petitioner at Rank No.71(a) in the Promotional Panel list drawn as on 01/01/2018 for the post of Higher Secondary Headmaster and promotes the petitioner to the post of Higher Secondary Headmaster from the date of issuance of promotion order ie., 26.11.2018 and further direct the second respondent Director herein to include the petitioner's name bearing Serial No.10720A as on 01.01.2010 in the Higher Secondary Headmaster Promotional Panel drawn as on 01.01.2014 as per the seniority and to consequently, give promotion to the petitioner as Higher Secondary Headmistress forthwith on the basis of her position in the said panel list dated 01.01.2014.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
