ORDER

The writ petition is seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to annual the registration of Doc.No. 98/2016 dated 17.02.2016 on the file of the Joint Sub-Registrar No.1, Cheranmahadevi. 2.A counter has been filed by the second respondent herein stating that the Doc.No.98/2016 on the file of the third respondent had already been cancelled. The relevant paragraphs of the counter is extracted hereunder:- "12.It is submitted that the District Collector, Thirunelveli after obtain the opening of the government pleader ordered to cancel the document No. 98/2016 by virtue of sanction 68,34&69 the Indian Registration Act. 13.It is submitted that the 2nd respondent virtue No.1099/a2/2016. Dated:- 09.08.2016 respondent to make necessary entries in the relevant records as per collector order and the 3rd respondent has already make necessary entries in his books regarding the cancellation of the document. 14.It is submitted that necessary follow-up action has been initiated to prosecute the properties under section 82 & 83 of the Indian Registration Act."

3.In view of the aforesaid statement of facts, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
