Respondents/Complainant PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to issue direction to the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.550/2018 from the file of the 3rd respondent to any other competent investigation agency and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.550/2018 from the file of the 3rd respondent to any other competent investigation agency and to investigate the same in accordance with law. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing officer from the third respondent office is present and produced the CD file. Perusal of CD file shows that investigation has been completed and legal opinion has been obtained from Legal Advisor of Commissioner of Police and now it is about to be filed before the concerned Court. 3.Since the investigation has been completed, let the third respondent file the final report before the concerned Court after completing the official formalities, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
