This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2015, for releasing water to the petitioner's agricultural land in Survey Nos.333 and 334 to an extent of 6.05 acres situated at Punjai Thottakurichi Village, Karur. 2.Today(10.02.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition has now become infructuous.
