ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner was granted license to vend Aavin milk and milk products. The license was issued in the year 2016. One of the conditions was that the petitioner must procure atleast 100 liters of milk daily from the Union along with milk products. The specific stand of the Union is that from 01.01.2019 till passing of the impugned order, the petitioner has not procured milk and milk products as per the conditions. Copy of the procurement statement has also been passed on. It is seen therefrom that the petitioner failed to ahdere to the license conditions. Therefore, the first respondent was justified in passing the impugned order. No interference is called for. The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
