to the Advertisement Na.Ka.No.120/2016 dated 15.07.2016 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the 3rd respondent to issue fresh notification after identifying the correct reservation community in accordance with the rule of reservation prescribed by the Government of Tamil Nadu for the appointment of the Sweeper at the respondent - Town Panchayat. ORDER

This writ petition is filed to quash the impugned advertisement, dated 15.07.2016 with direction to the 3rd respondent to issue a fresh notification after indicating the rules of reservation.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government appearing for the respondents submitted that based on this notification, already the respondents have recruited the eligible candidate. Due to efflux of time, this writ petition has become infructuous. The submissions are recorded. 2/4

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
