Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.4404/A3/2013 dated 14.08.2015 and the consequential order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.972/A2/15 dated 16.11.2015 and quash the same in so far as the denial of promotion with effect from 02.06.2009 and monetary benefits and direct the respondents to promote the petitioner with effect from 02.06.2009 i.e. from the date on which his junior was given promotion with all monetary benefits.
