This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur to dispose of the C.A.No.71 of 2021 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Principal Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur is directed to take steps either to dispose the case in C.A.No.71 of 2017 by himself/herself or transfer the case to the file of the Additional District Judge who is available in Virudhunagar District and dispose the case witin a reasonable period of one month.

3. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
