ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the conditional order, dated 01.09.2023 passed in Cr.M.P.No.3944 of 2023 by the learned Principal Sessions Court, Sivagangai, by which, the petitioners was ordered to comply with the conditions that petitioners / accused shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- each (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Each) as non-refundable deposit to the mediation and conciliation Centre, Sivagangai and they shall produce the receipt for the payment of the above deposit, along with memo before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The condition was imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Court, Sivagangai and any modification of the condition must be made by the learned Principal Sessions Court, Sivagangai. Without approaching the concerned Court, the petitioners have moved this Court seeking modification of the condition. Let the petitioners approach the concerned Court who passed the order. Only after that, the petitioner can approach this Court.

4. I find no reason to entertain this petition and this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
