Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SURIYAKUMAR M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14632 of 2023 on 10.08.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been 1/3

complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and investigation is still pending. The petitioner is having two previous cases.

4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14632 of 2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in week, ie., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 08/09/2023 / TRUE COPY / /09/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
