This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the FIR in Crime No.319 of 2021 registered on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Section 294(b), 323, 324 and 506

(2) of IPC.

2. The defacto complainant /Manikandan is present before this Court through Video Conferencing. He has been duly identified by the petitioner's counsel herself. The parties have also filed a joint compromise memo. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20477 of 2021 impugned prosecution alive. The impugned FIR is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
