PETITION FOR MODIFICATION Under Section 528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12085 of 2025 dated 31.07.2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12085 of 2025, dated 31.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court. He further submitted that the petitioners are in-laws of the defacto complainant and he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are in-laws of the defacto complainant, the condition imposed by this Court in 2/4

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12085 of 2025 dated 31.07.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
