ORDER
This writ petition is filed to quash the impugned order dated 19.4.2011 and to grant approval of appointment to the post of BT Assistant (Tamil). The respondents have denied approval by citing various reasons through the impugned order.

2. Heard Mr.T.A.Ebenezer, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Omprakash, learned Government Advocate appearing for R1 to R3 and Mr.T.R.Jeyapalam, learned counsel appearing for R4 and R5. Perused the material documents available on record.
3. After hearing the rival contentions, it is seen that there was some management dispute in the school. Hence the management has not submitted necessary documents which are necessary for approval of appointment.
4. Therefore, this Court is of the considered opinion that the petitioner's case ought to be considered by the processed properly by the official respondents as well as the management.
5. Accordingly, the following order is passed: 1.The official respondents are directed to return the papers to the 4th and 5th respondents.
2.The 4th and 5th respondents are directed to rectify the mistakes and submit the proposal along with the 3/6
documents and certificates within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
3.Thereafter the official respondents shall consider and pass order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the proposal.
6. With this direction the writ petition is allowed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. Index : Yes / No 03.04.2023 Internet : Yes ksa 4/6
