ORDER

There is a stiff opposition by the learned counsel for the 4th respondent stating that the same petitioner has suppressed the fact and obtained an order from this Court for the very same relief in W.P(MD)No.6464 of 2024 on 18.03.2024 and review petition has been filed by the 4th respondent to recall the aforesaid order, dated 18.03.2024. Hence, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

2. I leave it open for the Court to impose heavy cost on the petitioner for filing the second writ petition in W.P(MD)No.6464 of 2024 suppressing the pendency of the present writ petition.
