ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide 1/4

adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb, based on the representation, dated 13.09.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and at the enquiry, the petitioner has given a statement that no further action is necessary, recording the same the complaint was ordered to be closed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is directed to approach the competent Civil Court for redressing her grievance.
