ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action upon the writ petitioner's representation dated 19.08.2024.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that there existed petty quarrels between the writ petitioner and the third respondent and that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, CSR No.329 of 2024 came to be registered and on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, CSR No.328 of 2024 came to be registered and both are pending for enquiry.

4. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to issue written summons to the writ petitioner as well as to the third respondent 2/4

and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
