ORDER

By order dated 29.09.2022, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the respondents 1 to 3/Accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17433 of 2022. Now, the petitioner/defacto complainant filed this petition for cancellation of anticipatory bail. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner/defacto complainant would submit that the respondents are threatened the defacto complainant to withdraw her complainant. He would further submit that the respondents 1 to 3 have money and muscle power and hence, they are trying to close the First Information Report. Hence, he prayed for cancellation of anticipatory bail. 3.The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that after considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the respondents 1 to 3 and the same needs no interference.

4.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the fourth respondent would submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and the charge sheet will be filed within a month.

5. It is seen that the petitioner has not given any complaint to prove his contention. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. The respondent police is directed to file the charge sheet within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
