ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the properties situated in S.Nos.547/6A, 547/6C, 548/1A, 548/1C total to an extend of 0.86.50 Hectares respectively at Vadaseri Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District.

Heard the arguments of Mr.V.G.Vallarasu Chezhiyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; Mr.D.S.Neduchezian, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who takes notice for the third respondent.

3. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. According to the petitioner, the subject properties were purchased by him under registered sale deed, dated 08.07.2024. The pattas for the subject properties stand in the name of the petitioner and others in Patta Nos.5285, 5288, 1814, 5287. The petitioner submitted on-line application on 06.12.2024 in application No.2024/0123/14/002905, seeking survey of the subject properties and the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, he has come before this Court.

5.The learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the on-line application of the petitioner, dated 06.12.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, copattadhars, neighboring land owners and other interested parties.

7.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
