[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.07.2016 for the purpose of stopping the construction and installation of mobile tower in Survey No. 470/8 in Plot No.11, Putheri Village, Putheri, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 3, on instructions, submitted that no permission has been granted for installation of Mobile Tower in the subject land.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 3, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
