PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to give approval in the proposal given by the third respondent dated 26.03.2025 within the stipulated time and consequently to direct the respondents to give all the benefits which the petitioner entitle.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to grant approval to the proposal submitted by the third respondent dated 26.03.2025, within a stipulated time and consequently, to direct the respondents to extend all benefits to which the petitioner is entitled. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the parties. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as an Office Assistant in the third respondent School on 01.07.2024. The grievance of the petitioner is that although the third respondent forwarded the petitioner's proposal dated 26.03.2025 for approval of appointment to the respondents 1 and 2, no action has been taken on the said proposal. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition before this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents 1 and 2 respondent to consider the proposal of the petitioner dated 26.03.2025 and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2, to consider the proposal of the petitioner dated 26.03.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six 3/5

(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that this Court has not expressed any of its views with regard to the merits of the matter and that it is open to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the same on its own merits. No costs.
