O R D E R
The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to survey the properties in S.Nos.146/6A and 146/6B situated at Silvarpatti Village, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the Petitioner's online application, dated 22.5.2025.
2.Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.According to the Petitioner, the subject property originally belongs to the Petitioner's father Chinnasamy Thevar. After his death, revenue patta for the same stands in the name of Petitioner and other legal heirs of Petitioner's father Chinnasamy Thevar in Patta Nos.384 and 1068. The Petitioner submitted an online application on 22.5.2025 seeking survey of the subject property. However, till date the same has not been considered. Hence the 2/5
Petitioner has come before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.
4.Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that online application submitted by the petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application of the Petitioner, dated 22.5.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, co-pattadhars in patta Nos.384 and 1068, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
